PRIVACY AGREEMENT
This Privacy Policy ("Agreement") has been made between the brokerage house ("Authority") whose name and address is specified below, and the customer ("Customer") who wishes to receive export investment services.
1.Parties

2. Confidential Information
All kinds of information, documents, documents, trade secrets, technical information, customer lists, money information and other similar information sent by the Institution to the Customer within the scope of this agreement ("Confidential Information") will be kept confidential and confidential.
3. Commitment to Confidentiality
The Client will only use Confidential Information for the purpose of this agreement and will not share it with any third party. The Client will use Confidential Information in details and only for the purpose of the agreement, taking the necessary security measures.
4. Limited Use and Sharing
The Client agrees that Confidential Information will be maintained only for the purpose of obtaining consultancy services and will not disclose this information to any third point other than the Institution. Confidential Information may only be shared with the Customer's personnel and employees required for consulting services.
5. Information Security
Appropriate security measures are taken to protect the Customer from the risk of unauthorized access, use, modification or disclosure of Confidential Information. The Client will retain Confidential Information only for the period required to obtain consultancy services and then return this information.
6. Term and Termination of the Contract
This Agreement will be valid in the disruption of service services between the parties. The Parties may terminate the Agreement at any time by written notice. However, the confidentiality rights of Confidential Information will continue after the termination of this Agreement.
This Agreement is signed by agreement agreement and ratification means that you understand and accept all the terms.
